North Layton Junior High Registration Instructions
If you are coming from one of our "feeder" schools. You will need a computer with access to the internet and a printer. If you don't have access to a computer at home, computers are available at your local Library or at the NLJH Main Office. Please follow the steps below to complete registration for the current year.
Step 1. Guardian Account Access:
If you have not established a parent log in, create one here; myDSD Login. If you have problems with your Guardian Account, please call Information Services at the call center, 801-402-5600.

You can pay all fees on myDSD, by following this path after logging in as the guardian on myDSD.
English or Spanish option is available in the upper right hand corner or the login screen.
Step 2. Pay Fees:
PAY required and optional fees online and print receipt through MyDsd.

Payments can be made in the NLJH Main Office by check, cash, or credit card.
To ensure that no student is denied the opportunity to participate in programs, courses, or activities because of the inability to pay you can find information on fee waivers and qualifications here.
Fee Payment Plan Contract (Optional) If you would like to be considered for the payment plan because you are unable to pay fees in their entirety at the time of registration and do not qualify for a fee waiver, please print and complete the form and return it to the NLJH Main Office for processing.
Free or Reduced Lunch Application for students Grades K-12 English / Spanish
STEP 3. POLICY REVIEW & APPROVAL (required by parent and student):
Log into myDSD: Click on the Home icon -> Tools -> Sign Documents

Step 4. Student Demographic Information
If the student's address has changed please bring two items for proof of residency to the NLJH Main Office.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:
Please complete by August 1st
Fees paid or fee waiver or contract filled out and turned into the NLJH Main Office
Please turn in the Immunization Form to the NLJH Main Office. (7th graders)

Student Demographic Information
Immunization Form-- Seventh grade and new students only. EVERY student must have a current and complete immunization record on file to attend school. Please bring documentation to the NLJH Main Office before school starts.
PTSA Information:
Join PTSA as a parent, student, or staff member. The fee is $6.50. Payment for PTSA may be made on-line through myDSD under "Optional Fees". A $20.00 donation may be made and is encouraged also on-line at myDSD Optional Fees.
Student Accident insurance:
Davis School District has selected the Student Insurance Plan from K&K Insurance to make reliable coverage available to parents. Coverage may be purchased at any time during the school year by visiting http://www.studentinsurance-kk.com.
Student Schedules:
Student’s schedules will be ready for the students to view August 2, 2024 after 3 pm on myDSD.
Class Change Requests:
If your student/s would like to see if it is possible to change a class, click HERE to submit a request, the request form will open August 5th. Students can also scan the QR code around the school to make a request. Please keep in mind these changes are made based on availability only, require a parent signature, and have a $10 fee.
